5- Add one catalyst bottle (#2) into one metal can of resin (#2) and stir well (1 min.).
6- Pour some catalyzed resin in a zig-zag manner onto a cut piece of glass mat lying on a sheet of cardboard or equivalent. 7- With a paintbrush, spread the resin evenly on the mat to impregnate it thoroughly.
8- Lift the wetted mat and wrap it around the joint or damaged area while rolling out the air bubbles.
9- Repeat steps 6 to 8 two more times overlapping and staggering the wetted mats as shown.

Store splice kit at room temperature and dry area avoiding very hot or cold temperature variations. When splicing conduits with TriSealsTM, cut off TriSealTM and TriSealTM step at the bell end, if possible. Cure can be speeded up with heat (heat lamps, hot air gun, etc.) especially in colder weather. Spread kit carton out at as a wetting surface. Pre-cut the glass mat to the required length as given in table below.

1- Scuff sand areas on conduit that will get spliced i.e. the joint.
2- Clean any dirt and sanding dust and moisture from the roughened.
3- Add half of the squeezable tube of catalyst (#1) into a plastic container of mastic (#1) and stir well (1 min.)
4- Apply catalyzed mastic to the conduit joint and form a chamfer at the edge of the bell. Note: Pot life of the mix is short at room temperature, do not delay procedure.
